True Athlete is a performance training system designed for athletes looking to improve their speed, power, strength, and work capacity.

The system is built around four distinct phases: 

Base Building, Raw Strength, Peak Power, and Pure Speed.

Each phase targets a key physical quality while contributing to overall athletic development.

The phases can be used individually as focused training blocks or combined to create a complete long-term system for athletic performance.

While both the Program and the Manual follow the same core training principles, they serve distinct purposes:

1. The Program
A structured 18-week system divided into four phases, each lasting 4–5 weeks. It is designed to be followed sequentially from week 1 through week 18, though individual phases can also be used independently if needed.

2. The Training Manual
A flexible training guideline built around 2-week rotations for each phase, including progression and duration schemes. Its purpose is to provide a blueprint, allowing the athlete to independently regulate phase length and adjust progression based on their needs.
